Keep us up to date with changes to personal information such as your name and address.

Unsolicited personal information

If we receive personal information about you which has not been requested by us we will deal with it in accordance with this privacy policy and notify you that we have received such information. If we determine it is personal information we are not entitled to hold under the APP we will immediately destroy the personal information.

If we are required by law or by authority of a court/tribunal to collect personal information from you we will advise you. If you do not comply with our request for this personal information you may be at risk of prosecution.

Complaints procedure

We know that our customers are concerned about the security of the information that is provided to us. We undertake to respond to your concerns as soon as practicable.

Disclosure of personal information to overseas recipients

We will not, in any circumstances, disclose your personal information to an overseas recipient.

Anonymity/pseudonymity

We may use your personal information for direct marketing.

We may use or disclose the personal information we have about you for direct marketing of our products. If you do not wish to receive direct marketing communications from us please let us know by emailing us on sales@arkhealth.com.au.
