Our Team

The Ark Health team is based in our Hornsby office, in Sydney. Here you’ll find our management team, customer service team and our warehouse where all orders are packed and dispatched. Our territory managers are on the road every day visiting practices to discuss our latest products and talk face-to-face about individual clinical needs.


Meet the team:

Ashleigh Shaddock (NSW), Territory Manager

Ashleigh is a clinically trained dental nurse who then worked as a practice manager for 15 years before joining Ark Health as a Territory Manager in 2017. Best recognised by her infectious laugh and with a big smile on her face, when not travelling across Sydney to speak to her Ark Health clients, Ashleigh likes to unwind with family and friends in the sun. She also like cooking with her daughter, going to the gym and dabbling in different creative activities.


Michelle Allen-Brown (NSW), Territory Manager

Michelle has over 30 years of experience in the dental field, gained across both general and specialist dental clinics and has background training as a Dental Therapist. Based in Sydney, when Michelle isn’t on the road visiting her customers and discussing dental supplies for their practice, she likes to unwind with a good book and by listening to music. 


Robyn Bigg (QLD), Territory Manager

Robyn looks after our customers located between Brisbane North and up to the Sunshine Coast, popping in to visit them to showcase our latest products and chat about special deals. When she’s not on the road, Robyn enjoys spending time with family and friends.


Shannon Fard (NSW), Territory Manager

With over 9 years in the dental industry, Shannon has worked as a practice manager before returning to her true passion - dental sales. When she’s not chatting to practices around the Hills district, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, keeping fit at the gym and indulging her other passion – finding the best places to eat in the Hills District.


Christina Hurley, Customer Care Team Leader

Christina brings her strong dental background to the Ark Health Customer Care team where she ensures we provide the highest level of service to all our customers. When she’s not manning the phones, you’ll find Christina taking time out after a busy week relaxing at her local beach on the Northern Beaches, enjoying family, friends and local cafes.


Jacqui Brown, Customer Care

One of our resident customer service experts, if you’ve ordered personalised toothbrushes or other items from Ark Health, you will undoubtedly be familiar with Jacqui. Jacqui has been with the company for almost five years and has worked in customer service for many years.


Peter Woods, Logistics

Another member of our customer service team, Peter is always at the ready to take orders, sort out problems and offer advice and recommendations. Peter has been with Ark Health for five years and has been in customer service and sales for many years.


Luke Soady, Business Operations Manager

Luke is part of the team that keeps Ark Health’s wheels in motion every day. Managing the logistical running of the company, such as co-ordinating the daily deliveries into our warehouse, adherence to quality assurance and standards, and overall smooth running of the company, Luke oversees many different aspects of the day-to-day running of Ark Health. When he doesn’t have his business operations “hat” on, Luke can be found coaching under 7s footy, playing soccer and hanging out with friends and family.


Luvena Fawcett, Group Marketing Co-Ordinator

Luvena co-ordinates a range of Ark Health marketing activities undertaken by the marketing team, from tradeshows like ADX18 and sponsored events, through to advertising and the production of collateral such as flyers and brochures. In her spare time she can be found training for powerlifting competitions, eating chocolate and searching for Sydney’s best burger.
