How to log in if you have an account

To login in to your account, go to www.arkhealth.com.au

1. On the right hand side, click on the circle which is located next to the trolley.
2. Enter your username/email into the Username field
3. Enter your password into the Password field
4. Click LOGIN

How to log in if you don't have an account

Scenario 1 - I have no account and no log in credentials

1. Press CREATE ACCOUNT located in the menu bar
2. Select CREDIT APPLICATION FORM and complete the form
3. Email back to our friendly Accounts team at accounts@arkhealth.com.au
4. Our team will be intouch with your account details

Scenario 2 - I have an account but don't have a log in credentials

1. Press CREATE ACCOUNT located in the menu bar
2. Complete the online form
3. Our friendly Customer Care Team will link your log in to your account
4. Your credentials will be emailed to you

How to Reset your password

1. Log in to your account
2. Select MY ACCOUNT under the banner
3. Select CHANGE Password
4. Enter your new password and UPDATE PASSWORD

I have an Ark Health account but I’ve never ordered online before. How do I get started?

If you already have an Ark Health account, just create a user profile by filling in the details on the create account page and you will be ready to log into the website and start shopping.

By creating a user profile you will be able to:

1. View special deals and promotions only available to Ark Health customers
2. Access and update your account details online
3. View your order history
4. Pay invoices
5. Browse the product range, add items to your shopping cart and place your order
6. View our catalogues online and request a copy
7. Get a quote for items in your shopping cart
8. Add products to your favourites list
9. Quickly and easily re-order the contents of a previous shopping cart

I can’t find a product that I’m looking for. How do I get help?

There are many ways to search for products on our website. If you know the name of the product, the product code or the manufacturer’s name you can search using the search bar at the top left-hand side of the website. You can also browse by product category.

I’d like to print my practice details on toothbrushes and other items. How do I do this?

Personalised oral health products like toothbrushes make great cost-effective, high impact practice builders! Give our customer service a call and we’ll help you get started.

How much does it cost to create a customised oral care kit for patient giveaways?

Our great value kits come pre-packed to suit a range of different patient needs, from kids to orthodontic, and can be ordered directly from our website. However, you can also build customised kits from scratch by selecting the type of wallet and products you would like to include. To get a quote, please call our friendly customer care centre  and they would be happy to help.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered via courier.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Delivery to capital cities on the east coast is generally within 24 hours after dispatch. Please allow extra time if your order is being delivered to SA, NT & WA.

I’ve forgotten my password. How can I get a new one?

A new password can be requested directly from the log-in page on the website, simply click the “forgot password?” button. After you receive your new password email, we recommend that you log-in and change your password to one that is easily remembered.

I’m having trouble logging in to my account. How can I get help?
