POSITION: Territory Manager

Territory Manager – Dental Industry


We are on a journey and are looking for talented sales specialists who shares our passion for dentistry. 

Ark Health believes in quality oral care for all Australians.  For over 10 years we have been an expanding boutique supplier of high quality dental consumables and small equipment nationally.  We continuously strive to bring new and innovative products to market providing solutions to dental practices.

 We are looking for a talented person who has in-depth knowledge of the dental industry and its vast array of products.  We are looking for a talented person who has skills in developing business relationships, educating customers and generating sales.  As a Territory Manager it is expected for you to take ownership of your territory and work alongside management, colleagues and peers.  Knowledge of restorative, preventative, infection control & endodontic products would be desirable. 

 A variety of positions are available for Sydney CBD, Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches, South West Sydney, and Western Sydney.

 This role will require you to: 

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Ark Health’s core products and utilise this knowledge to successfully sell products to new and existing customers in assigned territory.
  • Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports Company revenue and profit targets.
  • Educate customers & leads of Ark Health’s key product ranges and any new technologies.
  • Personally contact potential and existing customers, generating sales leads, to secure new and increased business accounts to meet established sales targets.
  • Account management of existing customers within the territory
  • Achieve maximum sales, growth and account conversion within the assigned Territory
  • Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needs.
  • Attend industry related events promoting Ark Health.
  • Complete and submit sales reports as required in a timely manner.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 A successful candidate will be required to have: 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience (healthcare sales experience preferred but not essential)
  • Demonstrated sales track record
  • Ability to effective utilise CRM to maintain and develop assigned territory
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in new business development and lead generation/qualification
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-road/in-car environment
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory (85% -95%)
  • Results-oriented, tenacious, self-starter who strategically plans for success
  • Demonstrates impeccable sales acumen with passion and drive for success
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent presentation skills (development and delivery)
  • Effective team player with ability to build and maintain positive relationships
