Xpedent scaler tips are manufactured from a range of special materials, which are designed to be strong, flexible, resist corrosion and give a reasonable tip life.
Each tip is initially produced using state-of-the-art Japanese 7 axis CNC machines. After machining, they then undergo at least 30 additional process and inspections to ensure that each tip will function safely and correctly in the dental surgery.
